Comments and Reviews
When visitors leave comments or reviews on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website may download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
If you make an enquiry using the contact form on our website your personal data is stored until such time where your enquiry is completed or we have a legal obligation to retain that data. For a general enquiry where we have no need to store it for legal purpose it will be deleted within 30 days.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
